Minimum Order Policy

Certain products are subject to minimum order quantities.

If a customer places an order below the required minimum quantity, the order will automatically be adjusted and charged at the full minimum order amount.

Example:
The minimum order for Mild Bump Solutions 2oz is 12 units at $13 per unit.
If a customer purchases 5 bottles, they will still be charged for the minimum order quantity of 12 units.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to applicable minimum order requirements.

All Sales Are Final – Hygiene & Safety

Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. This policy protects customer safety and ensures product integrity.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
• The incorrect product was shipped
• The order was lost or damaged in transit

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Clear photos of the product issue and packaging must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or promotion
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Dissatisfaction due to individual skin reactions or personal results

Results may vary depending on skin type, shaving habits, and product usage.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
